DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST! THEY DELIVERED FLOWERS THAT MY GIRLFRIEND WAS ALLERGIC TO AFTER BEING WARNED AND CALLED ME A LIAR. I ordered a mixed bouquet by phone for my girlfriend for our 4 year anniversary to be delivered on July 2nd 2026. During the conversation I specified, when a mixed bouquet was suggested ,that it must have NO LILIES, after the lady on the phone repeated "okay no lilies" I explained that my girlfriend is allergic. After discussing that the bouquet will have lots of roses in it she takes payment of 280 dollars. On July 2nd I get a message from my girlfriend with pictures that the flowers arrived with a ton of lilies. I called flowers by Walter immediately and nobody answered. The voicemail stated they will not be back until the next week Tuesday the 7th. I left a message explaining the situation with my name and number to call back. They did not call back. I waited till Tuesday. No call back. Thursday I called them back for the second time figuring they would never call me back and was met with one of the designers. She stated that the note she received did not have any note about lilies but that she would have the person I talked t

This is twice now I've ordered from you for a friend that lives in Racine. The flower arrangements have been beautiful, but your delivery needs improvement. Your driver? calls and sets up delivery for the morning and then shows up at dinner time. So they sit around all day waiting for something that was supposed to be there in the morning. I understand that this was a holiday but don't tell someone that you're going to be there and not show up all day. Maybe a little truth on the delivery time would work better.

The arrangement did not meet the specifications shown in the picture. I paid over $100 for an arrangement that was clearly not of the same size.I understand that arrangements may not always look exactly as they are pictured, but this arrangement is significantly smaller than what I ordered.

I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and they were not delivered to her at work. I received no phone call telling me that they were not delivered. When I called the next day they said they did not deliver them. She apologized and added some chocolates to the order and delivered them to our home that day. It was a nice gesture, but I was still unhappy that I received no phone call telling me that they were not going to be delivered the day I ordered them.
